No entries on show day
Thornton Dale C of E Primary School Classes can only be entered by pupils attending the school
Online and Postal entries - pick up the class cards on the morning of the show in the main marquee
Class cards provided for in person entries made at the Hill Institute on Monday 3rd August
Childrens Classes
No entry fee. Prizes: 1st £3; 2nd £2; 3rd £1
All entries to be brought to the Marquee by 8:30 a.m.
Presentation of Trophies and prize money will be in the Marquee at 3:45 p.m.
Competitors are responsible for the collection of their exhibits after the presentation.
All work must be that of the child with minimal adult help. (One entry per person, per class).
Children’s school year to be as at 1 July 2026
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) = Pre-School, Nursery & Reception.
Level 1 = Primary School Years 1, 2 and 3
Level 2 = Primary School Years 4, 5 and 6
Level 3 = Secondary School Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11
Please note:
Craft - use natural/recycled materials
Graphic Design - to include any of photography, digital images, text and collage
Cookery - presentation of edible items will be judged
